Contract of Private Carriage

Hawaiian Tug & Barge can provide both a tug and barge to carry cargo to the destination of our customer's choice. Carriage of cargo is done under a contractual agreement. Click here to view our standard Contract of Private Carriage.

Towage Agreement

Hawaiian Tug & Barge has a fleet of tugs (see Vessel Specifications) to meet the needs of our customers. When we tow our customer's vessel, the standard Towage Agreement is used. Please Click here to view our standard Towage Agreement.
